Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain words, what personal data MarketGo processes, why, for how long and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Who is responsible for your data

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to, but you can write to the address above about anything related to your data.
2. What data we process and where it comes from
- Contact form and email: name, email, phone (optional), company, what you need, indicative budget, dates and your message.
- Clients: contact and billing details needed to carry out and invoice projects.
- News: your email, only if you tick the box.
- Security: a truncated IP address transformed with a one-way code, to limit abusive submissions and keep proof of consent. We cannot identify you from it.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Name and email are required to reply to you; without them we cannot handle the enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or profiles with legal effects about you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is only shared with public authorities when the law requires it, and with providers that process it on our behalf under a contract (art. 28 GDPR):
- Website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. (servidores en la Unión Europea).
- Email service used to receive and answer your messages.
- When you play a video on this website hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) or Vimeo (Vimeo.com Inc.), that platform receives data from your browser as an independent controller, under its own policy.
5. International transfers
We do not plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. Some of the providers above may process data in the United States; in that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw any consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to contacto@marketgo.es saying which right you want to exercise; we will only ask you to prove your identity if we have reasonable doubts. We reply within one month.
To stop receiving news, use the link in any email or write to us. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This website is not aimed at people under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, panel passwords are stored encrypted, access to data is limited to MarketGo staff who need it, and we keep regular backups.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, we will let you know.
